- Lead and develop a new Residential Conveyancing team
- Manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion, with dedicated support from an experienced Legal Assistant
- Play a key role in business development and networking to enhance the firm's presence in the local market
- Build and maintain strong client and agent relationships, actively engaging in marketing initiatives
- Provide mentorship and leadership, supporting junior team members
The CandidateThe ideal candidate will have:
- 10+ years' PQE in Residential Conveyancing
- Strong technical knowledge and the ability to handle complex property transactions
- A commercial mindset, with proven business development and networking experience
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- The ability to work independently while fostering a collaborative and supportive team culture
