The Role
  • Managing a caseload of sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and leasehold matters
  • Acting for a range of clients, including individuals, investors, and developers
  • Providing clear, practical legal advice and ensuring excellent client service
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts, lease agreements, and other property documents
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties
  • Supporting business development and networking initiatives
What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years PQE in residential property
  • Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
  • Excellent client care and communication skills
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive approach
