Known for providing exceptional legal services, the firm offers a supportive and professional environment for career development.The RoleThe successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload of residential property matters, including:
- Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New build transactions
- Lease extensions
Key responsibilities include maintaining strong client relationships, handling files independently, and contributing to the firm's collaborative culture.The Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate will be:
- A qualified solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE in residential property (other levels of experience will be considered)
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident in managing a varied caseload with minimal supervision
- A strong communicator with outstanding interpersonal skills
