With multiple offices in the region, the firm provides expert legal services and is committed to delivering outstanding client care and building lasting relationships.The RoleAn opportunity has arisen for a Partner, Associate, or Senior Solicitor (6+ years' PQE) to play a key role in the firm's growing Residential Property team. The successful candidate will manage a busy caseload of residential property transactions while contributing to the team's continued success and business development efforts.Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and lease extensions.
  • Supervising and mentoring junior team members.
  • Ensuring cases are handled efficiently and cost-effectively while maintaining high professional standards.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and property professionals.
  • Supporting business development and networking initiatives to help drive the team's growth.

The CandidateThe ideal candidate will:

  • Have a minimum of 6 years' PQE as a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer.
  • Preferably have strong local connections with estate agents and experience in business development.
  • Be enthusiastic, hardworking, and a team player.Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to professional excellence, integrity, and client service.
