The successful candidate will manage a busy caseload of residential property transactions while contributing to the team's continued success and business development efforts.Key Responsibilities
- Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and lease extensions.
- Supervising and mentoring junior team members.
- Ensuring cases are handled efficiently and cost-effectively while maintaining high professional standards.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and property professionals.
- Supporting business development and networking initiatives to help drive the team's growth.
The CandidateThe ideal candidate will:
- Have a minimum of 6 years' PQE as a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer.
- Preferably have strong local connections with estate agents and experience in business development.
- Be enthusiastic, hardworking, and a team player.Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrate a commitment to professional excellence, integrity, and client service.
