About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to join our team, focusing on Plots Conveyancing for some of the UK's leading housebuilders. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, supportive environment, handling a varied caseload with ambitious clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acting on behalf of housebuilders in the sale of new-build plots
  • Managing transactions involving purchasing schemes
  • Handling a full range of residential conveyancing matters
  • Working closely with clients to meet their high expectations

About You

The successful candidate will have experience as a Plots Sales or Residential Property Conveyancer. Experience in title investigation of purchased properties is desirable but not essential.

You will also have:

  • Proven ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision.
  • Experience working under pressure and to tight deadlines, while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to handle high volumes of work without compromising on service quality.
  • Strong client relationship management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good IT proficiency, including the ability to produce your own work and use case management systems.
  • High levels of commercial awareness, with the ability to stay up to date and apply changes in this area of law.
