- Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements while maintaining the highest standards of client care.
- A qualified Solicitor with 10+ years’ PQE in private client law.
- Extensive experience in complex estates, tax planning, and trust management.
- Ideally STEP qualified.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing a team and contributing to business growth.
- Excellent technical knowledge, commercial awareness, and client relationship management skills.
