Description
The Senior Employment Solicitors responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Dealing with senior executive matters and employer advice.
- Contributing to successful development of the firm
- To undertake fee-earning work in the Employment Team and Business Services Division.
- To deliver a high quality commercial legal service ensuring personal compliance with quality standards and professional ethics.
Profile
A successful Senior Employment Solicitor should have:
- 6-9 years PQE
- A strong track record of dealing with employer advice and senior executive matters.
- Specialist knowledge of relevant area of law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage a busy caseload effectively.
- Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
