Your New Role

A Senior Legal Counsel role reporting into the VP of Legal, as part of an indispensable in-house legal function. Working closely with internal stakeholders including sales, procurement and finance, you will provide sound, commercial legal solutions. You will regularly be reviewing and negotiating the likes of SaaS/cloud, Master Service, supplier and customer agreements, while also supporting colleagues in relation to tendering processes and data privacy compliance. Your role will also entail collaborating with operational teams (information security, privacy, governance, etc.) to ensure strategic projects are brought to fruition. You'll work on a hybrid basis, coming into the Berkshire offices twice a week.

Who You Are

You will be an in-house commercial lawyer with significant contracts experience, ideally with exposure to the IT sector. While the hiring manager is open to different levels of experience, candidates will ideally have 3+ PQE. You'll have qualified in E&W or another major common law jurisdiction and you will be able to demonstrate sustained exposure to negotiating relevant commercial agreements and working with demanding stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. You must be able to travel to the Berkshire office twice a week.
