The Senior Private Client Solicitor will be:
- Managing a diverse and high-value caseload, including wills, trusts, probate, and estate planning.
- Providing expert legal advice to high-net-worth clients.
- Supporting business development through networking and referrals.
- Mentoring and developing junior team members to enhance departmental performance.
- Collaborating with the Head of Private Client to implement strategic goals and drive departmental success.
Profile
The Senior Private Client Solicitor should be:
- A solicitor with significant experience in private client law (5+ years PQE).
- Highly skilled in managing complex estate and wealth management cases.
- Proficient in providing tailored advice on tax planning, probate, and trusts.
- Experienced in mentoring and supporting junior legal professionals.
- Familiar with regulatory and compliance requirements in private client work.
- STEP, CTA, or equivalent accreditation is desirable.
