Have you got experience with streamlining and updating business operations to ensure ISO 9001 compliance?

We are looking for a quality assurance professional to manage our clients inventory control and customs function whilst ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and other quality standards.

The successful candidate will have a strong operational management background and a keen eye for detail and organisation.

Title: ISO Operations Coordinator

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

Location: Reading

Type: Permanent

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain quality management systems to ensure business compliance with ISO 9001 and other quality standards
  • Order management and customs query escalations
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding order updates
  • Oversee procurement functions to ensure adequate stock levels and timely fulfilment of orders, managing any discrepancies
  • Conduct regular internal audits and prepare for external audits
  • Identify and implement new quality control procedures - operational and systems

Skills and experience:

  • Experience of ISO9001 quality compliance and management
  • Previous operational business experience
  • Excellent organisation and order management skills
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
