Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the full QA lifecycle, from planning and testing to reporting and identifying areas for improvement.
- Work closely with departments including underwriting, claims, and customer service to ensure seamless operations and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and company policies in all QA processes.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Support the company’s quality control efforts, conducting audits and ensuring operational compliance.
Role Requirements:
- Significant experience in a quality assurance leadership role, preferably within the life insurance or financial services sectors.
- Strong understanding of life insurance products, industry regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and developing teams.
