The Role:

As the Quality Assurance Team Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of QA professionals, ensuring adherence to internal standards, industry regulations, and best practices. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement in service quality and operational effectiveness. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of quality assurance specialists, ensuring high performance and ongoing development.
  • This includes managing team performance via development plans and recruitment.
  • Oversee the full QA lifecycle, from planning and testing to reporting and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with departments including underwriting, claims, and customer service to ensure seamless operations and quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and company policies in all QA processes.
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Support the company’s quality control efforts, conducting audits and ensuring operational compliance.

Role Requirements:

  • Significant experience in a quality assurance leadership role, preferably within the life insurance or financial services sectors.
  • Strong understanding of life insurance products, industry regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and developing teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in QA tools, software, and reporting systems.
