We are seeking a Legal Secretary to join our client in Reading. As a Legal Secretary, you will provide crucial administrative support, helping legal professionals perform at their best.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drafting, reviewing and formatting legal documents, correspondence, and filings
  • Assisting in the preparation and management of case files, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Handling enquiries, scheduling meetings and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the legal team
  • Conducting legal research, managing records and ensuring compliance with legal standards
  • Performing general office duties, including diary management, filing
  • and travel arrangements


Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or similar administrative role in a law firm is highly preferred
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a client-focused approach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software
