A chambers listed Legal 500 firm based in Berkshire is seeking a Dispute Resolution Legal Secretary for its Reading office. The firm currently advise organisations, business owners and management teams on a wide range of commercial disagreements, from those involving commercial contracts through to property disputes.

This legal secretary role will be to support the team with the following:

  • Preparing bundles for trials
  • Digital dictation
  • Drafting letters and documents
  • Liaising with clients and others
  • Arranging fixed-fee client interviews
  • Ensuring file notes of all telephone conversations and meetings
  • Preparing legal research/drafting

The ideal candidate will be a career legal secretary or a legal assistant seeking to gain more experience in private practice. Ideally, you will have Microsoft Excel experience.
