The Role:
As a Conveyancer, you will handle a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
- Remortgages, transfers of equity, and new builds.
- Shared ownership and help-to-buy transactions.
- Delivering high-quality client service and ensuring smooth transactions.
About You:
- 2+ years’ experience in residential conveyancing (solicitor, licensed conveyancer, or legal executive).
- Strong technical expertise and ability to manage cases independently.
- Excellent client care and communication skills.
- A proactive and solution-focused approach.
