The Role
  • Assisting fee earners with sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and leasehold transactions
  • Drafting legal documents and correspondence
  • Conducting property searches and due diligence
  • Preparing and reviewing contracts and supporting documents
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage lenders
  • Managing case files and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
