An established and highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to join its Wills, Probate, Tax & Trusts team. This role will provide valuable support to the lawyers within this growing team. The firm is committed to delivering exceptional client care and has built a reputation for excellence in legal practice management.
As a Legal Assistant, your responsibilities will include processing client cases efficiently and cost-effectively, assisting with delegated tasks, conducting drafting and legal research, managing file administration, and ensuring clients are kept fully informed of the firm’s wide range of services.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience working as a paralegal or legal assistant within a similar team, or a 2:1 degree or CILEX qualification. Strong proficiency in MS Word, other Office products, and ideally experience with practice management systems or large databases is required. The candidate must be enthusiastic, flexible, and efficient with a client-focused approach and be a strong team player willing to support others in the team.
