Key Responsibilities• Liaising with clients, solicitors, litigants in person, court managers, counsel’s clerk and counsel by telephone and email• Preparing hearing, trial and mediation bundles• Drafting court documents for County Court and High Court proceedings• Assisting with fee earning work including drafting pleadings, applications, instructions to counsel and witness statements• Conducting legal research• Attending court hearings, mediations and evictions• Managing files and diaries including arranging Teams and conference callsCandidate Requirements• Law graduate with previous experience in the legal sector• Strong organisational and time management skills• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Enthusiastic and eager to learnThe role offers a competitive salary, benefits and opportunities for genuine career progression.To be considered for this role please apply, or contact Chris Prendergast at QED Legal
