The Role
  • Assisting solicitors with a range of privately funded family matters, including divorce, financial settlements, and children cases
  • Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and court applications
  • Preparing bundles for hearings and client meetings
  • Liaising with clients, courts, and third parties
  • Conducting legal research and supporting case management
  • Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and maintaining case files
