About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Sprinkler Site Supervisor to join their team and oversee the installation and commissioning of fire sprinkler systems on-site. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to lead projects, ensure compliance with industry standards, and manage site teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the installation of sprinkler systems in line with project specifications and British Standards (BS EN 12845 & NFPA).
- Manage on-site teams, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
- Liaise with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure all health & safety regulations (including RAMS) are strictly followed.
- Provide technical guidance to the team and troubleshoot any installation challenges.
- Maintain accurate site reports, documentation, and progress updates.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sprinkler Site Supervisor or similar role within the fire protection industry.
- Strong knowledge of sprinkler system installation and industry regulations (BS EN 12845, NFPA, LPCB).
- SSSTS or SMSTS certification (essential).
- Valid CSCS card (essential).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Full UK driving licence.
