Our client is seeking a detail-oriented administrator who enjoys a busy pace of work and delighting customers. Ideally, we are seeking a candidate with previous experience of working on a service desk for a motor dealer, or a transport supervisor/manager. We are also open to workshop controllers who have worked within a dealer network.

Your role:

* Booking and scheduling servicing, MOT's, PMI's and other general maintenance for customers* Liaising with our technicians and external garages* Liaising with customers for drop off / pick up* Managing breakdowns for customers* Customer Onboarding: Arrange terms and conditions for new clients.* Documentation & Compliance: Gather 3rd party insurance and compliance documentation as needed* Record-Keeping: File remittance advice notes and maintain organised records

The person:* Relevant experience in similar role* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Organisational skills* IT literate, confident using MS Office and the ability to learn new systems* Time management skills and the ability to prioritise their workload effectively* Customer service skills* Problem-solving skills and the ability to come up with creative solutions to issues* Able to work with a team, take direction from others and collaborate effectively
