Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration. Duties and Responsibilities:

Booking and scheduling servicing, MOT’s, PMI’s and other general maintenance for customers
Liaising with our technicians and external garages
Liaising with customers for drop off / pick up
Managing breakdowns for customers

Skills and Qualifications:

Previous experience working as a Transport Manager or Workshop Controller
Experience in a service department within a dealer network. (desirable)
Understanding of MOT's. PMI's and general maintenance for vehicles
Excellent customer service skills
