Senior Contract Manager

?? Key Responsibilities:As a Senior Contract Manager, you will:

  • Lead a professional contract management team to deliver exceptional performance aligned with government and organisational priorities.
  • Develop and implement robust Contract Management Plans covering delivery performance, risk management, and contract reviews.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet business requirements and champion contract best practices.
  • Implement a Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) framework to manage supplier performance, risks, and opportunities.
  • Support procurement activities by developing contract templates and bespoke terms.
  • Lead negotiations and establish strategies to mitigate contract risks.
  • Monitor supplier risks and develop corrective action plans where necessary.

?? Essential Criteria:To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Active SC Clearance
  • Extensive experience in commercial contract drafting and amending T&Cs.
  • In-depth knowledge of Public Procurement Policy.
  • Experience working closely with legal teams.
  • MCIPs certification or an equivalent professional qualification.

? Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in security or defence environments.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure and/or NEC contracts.
