Senior Contract Manager

?? Key Responsibilities:As a Senior Contract Manager, you will:
- Lead a professional contract management team to deliver exceptional performance aligned with government and organisational priorities.
- Develop and implement robust Contract Management Plans covering delivery performance, risk management, and contract reviews.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet business requirements and champion contract best practices.
- Implement a Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) framework to manage supplier performance, risks, and opportunities.
- Support procurement activities by developing contract templates and bespoke terms.
- Lead negotiations and establish strategies to mitigate contract risks.
- Monitor supplier risks and develop corrective action plans where necessary.
?? Essential Criteria:To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Active SC Clearance
- Extensive experience in commercial contract drafting and amending T&Cs.
- In-depth knowledge of Public Procurement Policy.
- Experience working closely with legal teams.
- MCIPs certification or an equivalent professional qualification.
? Desirable Skills:
- Experience in security or defence environments.
- Familiarity with infrastructure and/or NEC contracts.
