Your Role
As Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring seamless operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing goods inwards, ensuring quality control and accurate documentation.
- Leading the picking, packing, and dispatching of orders for production and sales.
- Overseeing stock movements, identifying improvements, and streamlining processes.
- Coordinating courier bookings and managing export packing and freight arrangements.
- Collaborating with production teams to address shortages, damages, or quality issues.
- Ensuring forklift operations comply with safety standards.
- Conducting regular stock checks and cycle counts for accurate inventory management.
What You’ll Need
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
- 5+ years’ experience in a warehouse environment, ideally within electronics/ engineering.
- Proven supervisory skills and a knack for organisation.
- Proficiency in ERP software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong stock management expertise and a track record of accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
- The ability to juggle tasks and thrive under pressure.
