M&E Building Maintenance Engineer

C.Neo Ltd are working with a Small Medium Enterprise to recruit a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to carry out Mechanical, Electrical and Fabric Maintenance across a portfoilio of commercial buildingsalong the M4 corridor, Newbury, Basingstoke, Swindon, Reading and into London.

As an M&E Maintenance Engineer you will be responsible for all M&E & Fabric reactive & planned maintenance across various commercial corporate offices along the M4 and in to Central London and be very customer facing.

Duties will include

• emergency light testing
• fire alarm testing
• reactive repairs
• PPM's

The ideal M&E Maintenance Engineer will need to be multi skilled with

• 18th edition electrical as a minimum
• Mechanical qualifications either plumbing, F gas or Mechanical
• L8
• Customer service focus
