Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias)
We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Facilities Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) to carry out
PPM and Reactive Activities across our client's site. The applicant would be expected to assist with
various reactive and PPM tasks.
- The Mobile Facilities Maintenance Engineer will carry out PPM, reactive, servicing and breakdown
repairs to mechanical/electrical & fabric infrastructure to include (not limited to) emergency light tests, L8,
plumbing, un-blocking sinks, traps, and waste pipes, painting and Decorating, basic HVAC - AHU/FCU and
basic joinery
- To apply trade skills to carry out scheduled and reactive tasks as needed
- To accurately record all works carried out and completed and identify any remedial works to be undertaken on
the documentation provided.
- To order materials and services using ordering system and to update records and job sheets to certify
satisfactory delivery/completion
- Ability to estimate time and materials needed for assigned Project Works.
Requirements:
- Hold Electrical 18th Edition and Building Fabric qualifications/further training in line with the position. Further
qualifications in relation to the position i.e. City & Guilds/NVQ * Experienced in all-round Building Fabric
Maintenance as outlined above
- Experience of working within the maintenance/hard services area of an FM business an advantage
- A good knowledge of tools, equipment, and materials common to the electrical trade.
- Full UK Driving License
Company Vehicle Provided.
Location: Reading
Temp - Perm Role 08:00 - 17:00 & Overtime available at time and a half
Start asap ,interview needed . Salary range depending on experience 36-40K
