Job Title: Site Supervisor

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Site Supervisor to oversee the delivery of a new build industrial unit in Reading. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a dynamic project with a reputable contractor. The ideal candidate will have experience in groundworks and general construction site supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily site activities to ensure smooth operations and adherence to schedules.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers.
- Monitor and enforce health and safety standards on-site.
- Ensure the project complies with design specifications, quality standards, and deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with the Site Manager, project team, and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate site records and reports.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor on commercial or industrial construction projects.
- Strong understanding of groundworks and civil engineering principles.
- Valid SMSTS/SSSTS certificate.
- CSCS card (gold or black preferred).
- First Aid at Work certification.
- Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
