Site Supervisor

Our client is looking to recruit a number of Site Supervisors/Foremen for an Outside IR35 contract in the Reading Area.

Location: Reading Area (On-site full-time)
Duration: 12 months+

About the Role:

Our client is currently seeking a number of Site Supervisors/Foremen with expertise in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Fire Protection disciplines. The role involves working within a highly regulated industry, ensuring compliance with strict safety and quality standards. Candidates must be British nationals due to security requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee site operations and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Supervise and coordinate work across civil, mechanical, electrical, and fire protection teams.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Liaise with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to maintain smooth project execution.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve any on-site challenges.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of project progress.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor/Foreman in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Fire Protection disciplines.
• Experience working in a highly regulated industry is highly beneficial.
• Must be a sole British national due to security clearance requirements.
• SC clearance is required or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to work full-time on-site.
• Must be local to the site or willing to travel (No expenses covered).
