Temporary Finance Administrator  – Reading - £14 - £16 Per hour - Hybrid

About the Job: This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled administrator to join a dynamic team. You will play a key role in managing vendor communication, providing administrative support, and assisting with translations and onboarding processes.

Duties will include:

  • Communicating confidently with vendors, landlords, internal staff, and service partners.
  • Supporting financial tasks, including liaising with the finance team regarding invoice queries.
  • Assisting with vendor onboarding by gathering key information and documentation.
  • Providing high-level translation support to aid non-German speakers in understanding key documents and communications.
  • Managing administrative tasks, including document preparation and correspondence.
  • Using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook effectively.

About the Successful Applicant: The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, confidence in liaising with diverse stakeholders, and the ability to work independently. Prior experience in administrative support is desirable, and additional language skills would be advantageous.
