- Managing inventory of office and kitchen supplies, supporting the purchasing process and liaising with suppliers.
- Coordinate and support the maintenance of office facilities and equipment, including vehicles.
- Filing, greeting visitors and meeting/event administration.
- Supporting the coordination of meetings and business travel, including managing schedules and booking transportation.
- Ensuring smooth operation of office processes.Â
- Post collection and processing.
- Logistics support to other departments.
- Responsibility in supporting departments with their shipping requirements.
- Ad hoc errands.
- Vendor Management, including New Vendor Registration in System.
- Recording and processing of vendor invoices.Â
- Support processing of expenses on finance system.
- General purchasing administration including negotiation with suppliers where required and raising purchase orders.Â
- Supporting with Business Administration department projects and events.
- Providing cover and support when Business Administration colleagues are absent.
- Any other duties commensurate with the grade and level of the post.
- Updating the HR system with any changes.
- Recruitment administration for interviews and new starter paperwork.
- Collating information for payroll administration.Â
- Updating the Company SharePoint page.
- Function as Fire Warden and First Aider (training will be provided).
- Liaise with H&S Consultant to keep H&S compliance.

- Skilled user of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Highly motivated, accurate, works well under pressure and has a ‘can do’ approach.

- Flexibility and a willingness to learn and manage your own workload.
- Evidence of undertaking previous administration work and or work experience in an office environment.Â
