Our client are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join their projects team on a full-time, permanent basis.

This role is a hybrid position, working minimum of 2 days in the office located in Twyford. You will need to be fluent in English, French and/or Dutch.
The role:
- Project support across multiple initiatives
- Manage resource scheduling
- Main point of contact for customers, colleagues and suppliers
- Respond to customer requirements including cancellations and rescheduling
- Coordinator key processes including Sales to Delivery and Delivery to Support
- Work with Project Managers and Engineers to efficiently track and document progress
The right person:
- 2+ years experience in project support
- Fluent in English, French and/or Dutch
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and OneDrive
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
