The role

  • Proactively monitor site demand, identify challenges in fulfilling customer demands, and develop action plans.
  • Collaborate with Account Management and Customer Services to address customer needs and promote best practices.
  • Work with the Production Manager to ensure rewash and rag-out processes comply with standards, minimizing unnecessary linen investment.
  • Monitor the financial impact of the linen pool, including budgeting.
  • Forecast demand, considering seasonal variations and local events, to maintain service levels.
  • Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports in line with business requirements.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with all levels and roles within the laundry.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to analyse and interpret data, summarizing it appropriately for others.
  • Excellent organizational skills to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Proficiency in IT (MS Office, ERP systems).
  • Flexibility and quick responsiveness to customer and business needs.
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent, with experience in a highly customer-focused service environment.
  • Experience with continuous improvement programs.
