Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day facilities management of a prestigious Build to Rent property.
- Manage a team of in-house maintenance staff and contractors, ensuring that all maintenance and repair work is completed to a high standard.
- Monitor and report on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and property standards.
- Regularly inspect the building, grounds, and amenities, addressing any issues proactively.
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations without compromising on quality.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, handling any issues or queries promptly.
- Collaborate with senior management and external partners to drive improvements and enhance resident satisfaction.
Profile
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in facilities management within the Build to Rent or residential sector.
- Strong knowledge of building systems and property maintenance.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience managing budgets and financial reporting.
- A proactive, problem-solving approach and attention to detail.
- NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent health and safety qualification (preferred but not essential).
