Are you an experienced Facilities Manager within hard services?

Do you have good knowledge of building systems including Mechanical & electrical?

Attega Group is currently partnering exclusively with our client in recruiting a Facilities Manager to join the team.

The main purpose of this role is to oversee and manage multiple commercial office buildings

In return, our client is offering a salary of up to 55,000 P/A, depending on experience, plus annual leave, company pension, growth opportunities and autonomy within this role.

This is a full-time, permanent role The hours of work will be a 40hour working week Monday – Friday.

Reporting to the Operations Director your responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple commercial buildings.
  • Ensure that all facilities are maintained to tenant and organizational standards.
  • Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, including health and safety standards.
  • Manage a team of engineers and maintenance staff to ensure timely and effective response to maintenance requests.
  • Plan and oversee scheduled maintenance and repair activities.


The ideal candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Facilities Manager or in a similar role managing commercial properties.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in facilities management software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
