The Role:

  • Ensure clear visibility of product locations.
  • Drive operational improvements and efficiencies.
  • Investigate and resolve issues with linen orders and returns.
  • Analyse linen expenditure against customer invoicing.
  • Predict seasonal product demands and ensure adequate supply.
  • Assess incoming linen for re-ragging and washing needs.
  • Identify and address challenges in meeting customer demands.
  • Work closely with Account Management, Customer Services, and Production teams.
  • Monitor and manage the financial impact of the linen pool.
  • Provide regular reports to meet business requirements.

Experience & Skills:

  • Experience in roles requiring process adherence or operations management. 
  • Ability to work cross functionally with all levels and roles within the laundry.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret and summarize data.
  • Excellent ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with improvement programs.
