- Oversee facilities and site management, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by upholding service standards.
- Manage fleet operations to ensure timely deliveries.
- Implement and monitor Health & Safety compliance in all processes.
- Oversee order collation, invoicing, and stock management.
- Food Production or Butchery Experience: A strong background in food or butchery is essential, with hands-on knowledge of food safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Proven experience in an Operations Management role within a similar environment, such as food production, wholesale, or high-volume catering.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team in a fast-paced setting.
- A track record of achieving compliance in Health & Safety and food standards.
- Approachable, positive, and highly adaptable with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Salary: Up to £50,000 (dependent on experience).
