Job Title:Operations Manager
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000

A Reading based cosmetic medical and pharmaceutical supplier is on the lookout for an experienced Operations Manager to join their growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the efficient operation of inbound and outbound supply chains, ensuring timely, accurate delivery of goods.
- Manage the safe movement and storage of products across sites, adhering to GDP and regulatory requirements.
- Optimize supply chain processes, solutions and partnerships to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Develop reports and track key performance metrics, including delivery accuracy and transportation costs.
- Conduct audits, risk assessments and provide employee training.
Experience and Qualifications Required:
- Batchelors degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a facilities and health and safety management environment.
- Experience of workingin a GDP regulated environment.
