- Develop and execute a social content calendar for marketing campaigns, product launches, company awareness and industry thought leadership.
- Enhance social media engagement by growing followers, improving content quality, and driving targeted conversions.
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns using Pardot and Salesforce CRM to promote products, educational resources and brand awareness. Track digital engagement of key accounts to optimize the customer journey.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, analyzing engagement and conversions to recommend improvements and propose new tactics to the Digital Marketing Manager & Head of Marketing Operations.
- Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective strategies.
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team to ensure consistent branding, team deadlines and adherence to internal approval processes.
- Perform competitive social media and email marketing landscape analysis to recommend performance adjustments.
- Proven experience in B2B social media and email marketing with a track record of success.
- Consistently deliver high-quality, creative content that captures the audience's attention.
- Strong understanding of email marketing platforms and social media analytics.
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with stakeholders, managing deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
- Be able to analyse engagement data to provide monthly reports on content and channel performance, with recommendations for improvement.
- Basic understanding of design and creative software.
