We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on social media marketing, with expertise in paid social and paid search strategies. You will play a key role in enhancing the brand presence, driving engagement, and optimising brand exposure across multiple digital platforms.

Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

Location: Reading, with travel to other sites

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media marketing strategies across multi-channels platforms to enhance brand awareness and engagement
  • Liaising with agency partners and platforms for paid social and paid search support
  • Oversee creation and execution of social media campaigns and analyse performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and maximise ROI
  • Weekly and monthly reporting to dive into data and present to internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant social media content, including graphics, videos, and copy that align with our brand voice
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to enhance our digital marketing efforts.

Skills and Experience:

  • Media strategy experience within a direct-to-consumer environment
  • Digital marketing expertise including UX and multi-channel campaigns
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills to oversee multiple projects at one time
  • Experience reporting to board level
