Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Junior Digital Marketer to join our client's passionate marketing team. This role is perfect for a recent graduate or someone who has completed a marketing apprenticeship and is eager to kick start their career in digital marketing. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing the company's online presence through website marketing, social media management, content creation, and SEO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Website Marketing: Create and manage blog posts, develop new web pages, and ensure website content is engaging and up-to-date.
  • Social Media Management: Develop and curate content for various social media platforms, manage social media calendars, and engage with the online community.
  • SEO: Optimise website content for search engines, conduct keyword research, and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
  • Content Creation: Develop compelling and creative content for digital marketing campaigns, including articles, videos, and graphics.
  • Analytics: Monitor and analyse website and social media performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Marketing or a related field, or completion of a marketing apprenticeship.
  • 0-2 years of commercial experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and social media platforms is really advantageous.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.
  • Proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.

Work Environment:

  • Initially, this role requires 5 days in the office to provide hands-on training and support.
  • After settling in, there will be flexibility to work in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with remote work options on Monday and Friday.
