If the answer is yes to the above questions, this could be the PERFECT role for you! A fantastic opportunity for a Marketing Assistant within a dynamic team.

Please note this is a part time role ideally across 5 days a week (however 4 days would be working from home going into the office every Wednesday), flexiable around the hours for example if you need to do school pick up and drop off the hours could work around this.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bid Management Support: Assist in setting up bid plans and managing timelines.
  • Design and Workload Management
  • CRM Management: Keep opportunities updated, save tenders and contracts, and update win/loss notes.
  • Event Administration: Support the organisation of roadshows, conferences, awards
  • Conference Administration: Update RSVPs, send reminders, plan logistics with suppliers, and manage hotel allocations.
  • Presentation Administration: Organise tender copies, set up pre-presentation calls, book rehearsals, and manage presentation communication.
  • Tender Administration: Set up bid plans, book design slots, and manage bid strategy calls. Send specific requests, request credit checks, monitor portals, and confirm references.

The successful candidate will have previous marketing experience, knowledge of the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator) or Canva and proficiency in excel. Strong organisation skills and very pro active. If you have generalist marketing skills around social media, preparing tenders and proposal this will be highly advantages.

In return you will receive a salary paying circa £28K (this is the part time salary) depending on experience + excellent benefits + working from home (4 days a week) + FREE parking when in the office + excellent benefits.
