Our client based in Aldermaston is looking for a Marketing Executive to join the team to support the Marketing Manager and busy sales team in promoting their world class products to a global audience. This is a great opportunity for a creative individual who has 1-2 years of marketing experience.
Key responsibilities:
Supporting the Marketing Manager in completing agreed activities as follows:
- Creating and publishing posts and articles on the company’s website and social media pages
- Supporting and liaising with our global distributors
- Managing the marketing database and email distribution
- Drafting marketing materials such as datasheets, newsletters and posters
- Coordinating materials for conferences
- Monitoring competitor activities
- Liaising with Printers and other suppliers
- Preparing coherent marketing campaign report
Essential skills:
- An intermediate user of Adobe InDesign and ideally Photoshop
- As the location of the office is not well served by public transport you will need to be able to commute to the office independently
Desirable abilities:
- A graduate in a Marketing Communications or related subject
- A good team worker internally, externally and cross culture
- An effective communicator - verbally and in writing
- Familiar with delivering social media campaigns and preparing online content
