Electrical Designer

Artisan Recruitment are looking for or a well skilled and experienced design engineer /designer for established M&E company which over diverse range of engineering design, commissioning construction and servicing solutions for all building infrastructure and services (ie Electrical HV/LV, mechanical, HVAC, air conditioning, security systems, solar solutions etc.

Electrical Designer will be responsible for overseeing and assisting a dedicated team of electricians and installations engineers on site within the nuclear sector. Role requires a thorough understanding of industrial electrical systems, a high level of expertise. 

This will be a hybrid role working within office based nr Aldermaston, candidate will have an understanding of electrical design and capable of assisting in the production of design documentation to support our dedicated electrical design engineers.

Responsible for oversee the install and commissioning of electrical systems, prepare and interpret technical drawings, troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues, ensure all work complies with relevant standards, collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project delivery.

Candidate must be willing to apply for national security clearance (SC/DV)
