Field Service Engineer (Gas Processing Plants)

£40,000 - £50,000 + Bonus + Van (Personal Use) + Private Medical + Enhanced Pension

Are you a Service Engineer from a multi skilled mechanical/electrical background looking for your next career opportunity with a company that provides ample training and development to set you up for a great career, whilst rewarding you with an excellent remuneration package and fantastic perks?

On offer is a varied and autonomous role where you will cover a regional patch which would suit a candidate with experience in electrical/mechanical engineering. This role requires you to carry out commissioning, routine and reactive services of processing plants at client sites.

This is a growing company established for 40 years and are currently going through their strongest growth period to date due to their level of experience, reputation, technical knowledge, and well-established contracts.

This role will see you travel to clients' sites, servicing, fault-finding and commissioning carbon filter and wet and dry scrubber plant equipment. If you have experience with pumps, valves or air ventilation equipment and hold a valid CSCS card then this maybe the job for you.

The Role:

  • Service and maintain industrial equipment
  • Fault find and provide records and reports to enable remedial works
  • Carry out basic tests and make repairs
  • Undertake flow surveys
  • Undertake commissioning tests
  • Conduct client training

The Person:

  • Electrical/Mechanical service/maintenance background
  • HNC/HND in an engineering discipline or similar qualification
  • Happy to travel- Full Driving Licence
