Role – Heating Service Technician - Gas Boilers, ASHP's and Heating Controls.

Candidate – High level of heating service experience, ideally advanced on Gas Boiler service AND/OR Air Source Heat Pumps along with Central Heating Controls.

The Position

A large Housing Association requires a Heating Service Technician to oversee gas boiler and air source heat pump servicing on their social housing sites carried out by their Service Engineer Team. You will also conduct advanced fault find and fix on more complex boiler and ASHP breakdowns that the Heating Engineer's cannot resolve.

  • £50k - £55k salary (depending on experience) 37hrs + flexible overtime

A large Housing Association with 1000's of houses comprising of rented, leasehold, and shared ownership properties. They support communities by offering stability for those requiring help with finding living accommodation. With so many properties both existing and new there are various heating systems both gas heating and ASHP heating that require continual service and maintenance but also fault finding and fixing. They have a large team of Heating Service Engineers but the role of the Heating Service Technician is to oversee that this work is being carried out to the required standard but also to troubleshoot the most advanced service and breakdown issues on both gas, air source heat pumps and central heating controls.
