Situated in the heart of innovation, this role offers the perfect blend of challenge, development, and reward.What You Will Do:- Perform vital dishwasher duties to ensure the availability of clean glassware, adhering strictly to SOPs to prevent contamination.- Engage in manual washing of glass pipettes, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency.- Proactively maintain stocks of essential consumables within the laboratories, ensuring seamless operational flow.- Manage waste streams effectively, including the removal of full glass bins and ensuring the waste solvent fume hood is correctly labeled and maintained.- Contribute to the general laboratory cleanliness, ensuring a safe and compliant working environment for all.- Participate in safety and quality training, embracing personal development opportunities to enhance your skill set.What You Will Bring:- A-Level / HNC level education or equivalent industry experience, ready to fulfill the role's requirements.- A keen understanding of basic lab equipment, with a meticulous attention to detail.- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with an accountable, honest, and hardworking ethos.- A natural inclination towards problem-solving, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.- Computer literacy in standard MS office applications, with a self-motivated and enthusiastic approach to learning.Company Contribution & Industry Information:This role places you at the heart of a company that is customer-focused, science-led, and results-driven.
