My client is loooking for experienced Account Managers or Sales support with an Asset Finance background. This will be a hybrid role, working 2 days a week in the office, my client is based near to the Reading area.
You will be assigned to work with a given number of sales people and inturn their vendor relationships. The team are responsible for the following;
- Answering the phone to Suppliers, building relationships.
- Calling out declined/ referred credit applications.
- Quoting rates and discussing prospective proposals.
- Raising documents and sending to endusers.
- Issuing up grade figures or similar.
- Completing daily chase lists (calls to customers and suppliers for a dditional information and followup’s).
- Answering e-mail queries as they arise.
Itis a busy environment with lots of incoming calls, e-mails and workflows to manage.
In this role you will have a 50/50 split between admin and relationship building/ Account Management and upselling to existing clients. In this role, the relationships that you build and maintain should bring in more business. Also, you will have the opportunity to reignite dormant past relationship. You will also be supporting the sales team.
