Instrumentation Laboratory Technician - Caversham, Reading.

We have a position available for a recent science graduate. The role involves assisting in the disassembling, cleaning, and maintenance of a wide range of water quality monitoring equipment. In addition, you will assist in the operation of our quality system. This is an ongoing temporary position. This is a great opportunity to learn more about environmental monitoring equipment. We are looking to get people started ASAP. All training will be provided; however some existing science related experience is essential.

Requirements

-Scientific qualifications (A Level and/or Degree)-Problem Solver-Dexterity -Able to commute to Caversham

Preferable but not essential

-Laboratory or workshop experience

Benefits

£11.83 p/h for 37 hour week.-Working hours 7:30am-3:30pm (to help avoid the traffic)

Temporary, initially until end of March 2025.

Successful candidate must complete a DBS check which costs £18
