A vibrant and rapidly growing entertainment chain, part of one of the biggest and most well-known gaming companies in the world, has recently opened a new venue in Reading city centre.

This exciting brand is looking for two Assistant Managers to lead, inspire, and motivate the team, oversee all venue operations, and play a key role in its growth and success.

If you have experience in entertainment venues such as cinemas, arcades, go-karting, karaoke, ice skating, bowling, casinos, or other hospitality-based entertainment venues, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Manager in daily bar and floor operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
  • Provide excellent customer service as the first point of contact for guests
  • Ensure all staff deliver high-quality service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere
  • Oversee food and drink presentation to ensure quality and consistency
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations in both bar and kitchen areas
  • Assist in managing the bar’s budget, tracking sales, and minimising waste
