We are currently looking for a Mobile Maintenance Technician to join our clients team, working across commercial office buildings in the M3/M4 corridor. This role involves carrying out PPMs (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive building maintenance to ensure the smooth operation of the facilities.
Maintenance Technician Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting PPM tasks and responding to reactive maintenance requests across multiple commercial office buildings.
- Performing fabric repairs including minor carpentry, plumbing, basic electrics, painting, and general building maintenance.
- Maintaining accurate service records and reports.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Managing and coordinating your schedule to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Immediate availability to start.
- Full, clean UK driving licence.
- Experience in commercial building maintenance or a similar mobile engineering role.
- Knowledge of fabric maintenance tasks (plumbing, carpentry, etc.).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience as a Fabric Engineer in a commercial environment
- Basic electrical or mechanical qualifications are desirable you are an experienced Mobile Maintenance Technician and can start immediately, please apply today for this fantastic opportunity!
